Do I have to pay a booking fee?
Yes!
All sessions require a nonrefundable retainer fee to secure your spot. The charge will be 25% of the total cost, including any fees, and is due at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed nor booked until payment is received.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my session?
We will reschedule!
Since you already booked with me, we will definitely reschedule to a later date. You cannot control the weather, nor will you be penalized for it. We will look at new dates together!
Will you help me choose a location?
I ask that you have at least a few chosen beforehand!
This is so your session is personalized to you! But if you're stuck, I will offer a few suggestions or common locations.
What type of retouching is done?
I perform very minor touch-ups!
Of course, I will fix lighting, cropping, and add my minimal preset(s), but I do not do any altering to your person. I try to make your pictures look as natural as possible.
Can you help me pose?
Most of my photos are candid!
The best shots are the ones that are unposed. I will give you suggestions an give you subtle cues, but I won't just "pose" you.
Do you charge a travel fee?
It depends on where your shoot will be located!
For any sessions located fifty miles or more outside of Oxford, MS the 2026 IRS Standard Mileage Rate of 0.76 cents/mile will apply. If you are a high school senior and are attending Ole Miss in the fall, I encourage you to get your session done here!
